Willsboro, NY – In December, communities in the Adirondacks and Catskills learned that tax payments from the state for state-owned lands were at risk. A state Supreme Court judge had ruled the disbursement method unconstitutional. The Assembly-person representing most of the Adirondack region is calling on the state not to make any further land purchases until the legal situation is resolved.
