Plattsburgh, NY – The Canadian dollar is stronger than it's been in nearly three decades. It reached 1-to-1 parity against the U.S. dollar on Thursday. The stronger loonie is leading to an increasing number of Canadians traveling South to shop and travel in the U.S. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
