Plattsburgh, NY – The man with extremely drug resistant tuberculosis, who flew into Montreal and entered the U-S at the Champlain, New York border crossing, has raised numerous health concerns. But the incident is also raising questions, and the ire of critics, over how he so easily crossed the border. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
