Adirondack Mountain Club Observes Supreme Court Case On Utility Emissions

Washington, D.C. – Last week the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case pitting the utility industry against environmentalists. The Adirondack Mountain Club signed on to a brief filed on behalf of the environmental petitioners documenting how the industry's actions could and would cause harm to the Adirondack region.
