Repair in sight for flood-damaged roads

Albany, NY – The New York State Department of Transportation is working to restore traffic on 16 state highways that remain closed after last week's flooding. Officials say the repairs to a five-mile section of Interstate 88 near Binghamton -sliced by surging flood waters last week-will continue into the early fall.
