Plattsburgh, NY – U.S. and Canadian authorities tightened their checks of traffic crossing the border following the weekend arrests of 17 Muslim Canadians in a suspected Ontario terror plot. U.S. Border Patrol officials in Washington said patrol stations along the border, especially those adjoining Ontario, are on high alert because of the arrests. But border officials in the region say a high alert is business as usual. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
