Newburgh, NY – The New York State Senate has voted to put a cap on the sales tax for gas.
However, some state lawmakers don't think a cap is going to help people at the pump - that what's needed is the removal of all taxes on gasoline.
Oil industry experts say getting rid of taxes, would create bigger problems for the country.
