Holyoke, MA – The mayor of Holyoke, Massachusetts is asking the city council to approve a $180 million contract with a multi-national corporation that wants to take over the city's sewer system. Critics of the plan are questioning the mayor's motives. The mayor insists he has only the best interests of the city in mind. WAMC's Pioneer Valley bureau chief Eesha Williams reports.
