Bob Dylan Returning To Tanglewood

Bob Dylan is returning to Tanglewood for the first time in nearly two decades.The singer-songwriter is scheduled to play at the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra in Lenox with special guest Mavis Staples on July 7.

Dylan has performed twice before at Tanglewood, first in 1991 and again in 1997. Tickets for this summer's show go on sale March 18.

From his start in the 1960s, Dylan has delved into a variety of musical styles from folk to rock, to blues, country and more.

Tanglewood's popular artists lineup this summer also includes Earth, Wind & Fire, Beach Boys co-founder Brian Wilson, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Train and The B-52s.
