A Hinsdale, Massachusetts man has pleaded not guilty in connection to a knifepoint robbery and another theft in Pittsfield.Michael Rahilly was arraigned in Berkshire Superior Court Tuesday. The 28-year-old had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf for armed robbery, carrying a dangerous weapon and heroin possession. It’s alleged Rahilly held up a worker at the Subway sandwich shop on South St. with a knife before jumping over the counter and grabbing about $200 on Aug. 9.
Rahilly also pleaded not guilty to larceny over $250 in connection with the theft of an HDTV at the Pittsfield Walmart on July 26th. He was ordered to be held on $2,000 bail at the Berkshire County House of Correction.
