Pittsfield is hosting its second annual food truck rodeo Sunday afternoon. The gathering is expected to be larger than the inaugural event last year which attracted any estimated 375 people.About ten food trucks and two breweries from as far as away as New Hampshire are expected to set up shop for the food truck rodeo. Kathy Lloyd of Pittsfield’s How We Roll food truck says all of the proceeds from the carnival-like event will go to the Giving Garden, an organization that provides organic produce to food banks.

“This year we have three more trucks, 900 people confirmed on our Facebook event page, posters all over the county and it’s supposed to be sunny and warm,” Lloyd said. “So I think it’s going to be a raging success.”

The food truck rodeo runs from noon to 5 Sunday at Shire City Sanctuary on Melville Street in Pittsfield.
