Massachusetts Commission Looks Into Tobacco Smuggling

Massachusetts has formed a nine-member commission to examine the issue of tobacco smuggling.  Sales of cigarettes on the black market are cutting into the state’s tax revenues. WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief  Paul Tuthill spoke with one of the members of the commission, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Commissioner Amy Pitter.
