Bulger Decision Not To Testify Angers Victims' Relatives
Former mob boss James “ Whitey” Bulger will not testify in his own defense at his sensational trial in Boston.
Bulger, who is charged with 19 murders and numerous other crimes, told the federal judge presiding over his trial Friday that he felt it would be pointless to testify. Bulger said “ As far as I’m concerned, I didn’t get a fair trial. This is a sham.” Patricia Donahue, widow of an alleged victim was bitterly disappointed by Bulger’s decision and yelled at him in court.
Tommy Donahue said Bulger will take to his grave secrets about his dealings with corrupt FBI agents.
