Maine – A Pittsfield based company has been selected to manage a 14 million dollar wind turbine project off the coast of Maine. The project was able to make it through the permitting process and begin construction in a year, while projects in the Berkshires have been sitting for as long as ten years. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz has the report
