http://www.healthshow.org/ – In 1981, just 8 percent of all person bankruptcies in the US were blamed on health care expenses. Now, according to a study published this year in The American Journal of Medicine, 62 percent of all personal bankruptcies are a result of someone getting sick in America. On this week's Health Show, we'll hear about a group that's trying to do its part to help.
We'll also hear how low cost health insurance is helping people cope with medical expenses...in the country of Senegal. And we'll hear the story of a daughter who's bi-polar mother was the center of her universe.
