Two Men Arrested In Connection With Colonie Hair Salon Stabbing

Two men were arrested and charged yesterday in the killing of barber Jacquelyn Porreca in August. Porreca was stabbed to death during a robbery of the Sand Creek Road salon in Colonie where she worked. The Times Union reports that Michael Chmielewski and Sean Moreland gave statements implicating themselves. Colonie Police Lt. Robert Winn says the men plotted the robbery in order to get money for heroin…
