Sam Lloyd Is "Fully Committed" At ATF

Adirondack Theatre Festival kicks off its 20th Anniversary Season with Becky Mode’s comedy Fully Committed, starring Sam Lloyd of TV’s Scrubs. The show opens tonight and runs through June 28th.

Sam Lloyd stars as Sam Peliczowski, an aspiring actor working as the reservationist at a posh Manhattan restaurant. In a tour de force performance, he also plays close to 40 callers, including a wealthy socialite, a gangster, a Japanese tourist, and a supermodel’s frenzied assistant.

In addition to his time as Ted Buckwald on Scrubs, Sam Lloyd’s numerous TV credits include recurring roles on Desperate Housewives, West Wing, and Seinfeld. He has also performed Fully Committed at the Weston Playhouse in Weston, VT and most recently at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where his performance was called “a masterclass of comic character acting.”

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
