The Cooperstown Music Festival began with three events in 1999, and since then the Festival has offered the region nearly 100 concerts, from classical to contemporary, jazz to bluegrass, cabaret to kids’ concerts.

Festival Artistic Director (and flutist) Linda Chesis saw Cooperstown as an ideal location for a music festival, with its picturesque lake setting, small town charm, restaurants and attractions.

This year’s Cooperstown Music Festival has a few remaining concerts and Linda Chesis joins us know to tell us what is upcoming – and a bit about what we’ve missed.

Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
