The auto racing world is reeling after the death of 20-year-old driver Kevin Ward Jr., who was struck by three-time NASCAR champion Tony Stewart in Upstate New York on Saturday.

Ward had climbed out of his car and was trying to confront Stewart, when he was struck.

Cody Combs of WHAM 13 News in Rochester has been following the tragedy and aftermath, and joins Here & Now’s Robin Young with details.
