Assistant Producer: WAMC/ Northeast Public Radio seeks a part-time Assistant Producer for the daily module The Academic Minute. Tasks include, but are not limited to, contacting and scheduling college and university professors; researching academic journals, papers, and websites; and production support for the module. The candidate must be organized and articulate; must take direction as well as be self motivated; and have 2 years production experience. The person will work directly with the Programming Director and Senior Producer. The position has the potential to become a full-time job. WAMC is an EEO employer.
