Woodstock Residents Collect Funds for South India Region
By Allison Dunne
Woodstock, NY – The owners of a shop in Woodstock, New York, are leaving for South India at the end of the week to help with rebuilding efforts in the wake of the recent tsunami. The couple sells goods imported from the community in India to where they are headed, a community in which certain parts were devastated. Other Woodstock residents are busy helping to collect funds for the couple to take with them. More from WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne.
