Western Mass. Towns Feel Left Out of Flood Relief

Springfield, ma – There have been two major flood disasters within the past year in Massachusetts.The storms in October and May caused considerable damage and financial losses. Now some towns are receiving help from the state and FEMA-while others are feeling left out. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Dan Bobkoff has more.
