Waterfest Focuses on Lake Champlain Conservation

Plattsburgh, NY – Soil and Water Conservation Districts are trying to raise awareness about New York's water resources and conservation efforts. The Clinton County District recently held a "Waterfest" that brought together agencies, groups and individuals working to preserve the water quality of Lake Champlain.
