Vox Pop Hour 1 : Obama September 11th Memorial Visit : 05/05/11

Albany, NY – President Barack Obama arrived in New York this morning for a solemn visit to Ground Zero, where he's honoring those who died in the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center. It's worth noting that a former U.S. president whom Obama asked to join him on the trip is absent. This would be George W. Bush. The New York Daily News is reporting that associates familiar with his thinking say Bush does not believe Obama or his handlers wanted to exploit his presence, but the tag-team idea "was for the benefit of Obama, and Obama withheld credit from people Bush believes deserved it."
