Vermont Lags in Renewable Energy Mandates

Montpelier, VT – As concern about global warming and smog grows, support for renewable energy is also on the rise. Several states in the northeast have passed laws requiring that a certain percentage of the electricity the states buy come from clean sources like windmills and solar panels. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Eesha Williams has the story.
