Poughkeepsie, NY – Beginning September 1st,traffic tickets for violations such as speeding, yielding at stop signs or not signaling when changing lanes, will no longer be plea-bargained by state troopers.
District Attorney's throughout the Hudson Valley says this new policy will overburden
county court systems.
