Albany, NY – Just over one year ago, Stephen Downs was arrested at the Crossgates Mall in Guilderland NY after refusing to remove a t-shirt that featured an anti-war slogan. The event attracted national and international attention. WAMC's Brian Shields spoke to the man at the center of the controversy one year ago for his thoughts on what happened.
