Springfield Loses Development Head To Hartford

Springfield MA – The chief development officer for the city of Springfield Massachusetts, David Panagore has resigned. Panagore is leaving at the end of this week to become director of development services in Hartford Connecticut. Panagore was hired in 2004 by the Springfield Finance Control Board as the board sought to stabilize the city's free falling finances and start to revitalize the city's economy. Panagore sat down , last week, with WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill for an interview.....
