Springfield City Council Sets New Rules For 2011

Springfield, MA – Jose Tosado, the president of the City Council in Springfield Massachusetts says he has lined up enough support on the council to be re-elected to a second one year term as its president. That is expected to occur when the council convenes for its re-organization meeting on January 3rd.
