Springfield City Council Sets New Rules For 2011

Springfield, MA – Jose Tosado, the president of the City Council in Springfield Massachusetts says he has lined up enough support on the council to be re-elected to a second one year term as its president. That is expected to occur when the council convenes for its re-organization meeting on January 3rd. Tosado spoke with WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill about the accomplishments of the city council in 2010 and what is on the agenda for 2011 ..
