SLC Plant Opponents Request Extension

Hudson, NY – Three groups that are seeking to block the proposed St. Lawrence Cement Greenport plant have written to New York's Department of State. The groups' attorneys say a comment period that ends in less than two weeks should be extended, given additional information that St. Lawrence officials have just filed.
