Searles Complex may get new life

Great Barrington, Ma – In Great Barrington, The Searles Bryant Complex has been sitting dormant for almost 5 years, costing the tax payers 50 thousand dollars a year just to keep it heated. Earlier this year a developer who had put a down payment on the property walked away from the project leaving the town to search for another developer.
