Boston, MA – Massachusetts Senator John Kerry is in his home state today for a series of campaign events. As he's campaigning, Massachusetts legislators and Governor Mitt Romney continue their back and forth over what would happen with Kerry's Senate seat if he wins the presidential race in November.
