Prosecutors and Television Station Fight Over Unaired Video

Burlington, VT – Five university of Vermont students are being arraigned on charges resulting from last week's riot after the Red Sox won the divisional play-offs. College officials and prosecutors are still investigating the incident and have subpoenaed a local television station to obtain un-aired tapes showing students on the rampage. But the station refuses to hand over the video. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has the story.
