Pittsfield Dam Owner Handed Injunction from State

Pittsfield, MA – The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation hasn't had any luck trying to convince a private dam owner in Pittsfield to repair the hazardous structure. They now look to the state's Attorney General to get some legal muscle in the case.
