Pittsfield Dam Owner Handed Injunction from State

Pittsfield, MA – The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation hasn't had any luck trying to convince a private dam owner in Pittsfield to repair the hazardous structure. They now look to the state's Attorney General to get some legal muscle in the case. Our Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports that the attorney general's office has filed a successful injunction against the owner
