Peggy Seeger

The Annual Berkshire Festival of Women Writers is a collaborative, multi-venue event sponsored by Bard College at Simon's Rock with many local partners, celebrated across Berkshire County in the month of March - Women's History Month.

This year, the festival features more than 150 women of all ages and from many backgrounds sharing their talents through readings, lectures, workshops, performances, and screenings held at 36 Berkshire County venues from Sheffield to Williamstown. All 58 festival events are open to the public and most are free.

As part of the festival this year, folk singer Peggy Seeger will be performing - this afternoon from 4-6pm at Hevreh of Southern Berskhire.

Peggy will also be performing an 8th Step concert in the GE Theatre at Proctors on Thursday 3/20.
