Paper Company Easements Opens Recreational Lands

Plattsburgh, NY – New York State and International Paper officials are preparing to sign contracts that will ultimately provide public recreation rights on nearly 260-thousand acres that the paper company owns throughout the Adirondack Park. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
