Organic Farming Conference Includes Tips On Injury Prevention

The Northeast Organic Farming Association is holding it’s Massachusetts Winter Conference this Saturday in Worcester.  One of the presenters is Lydia Irons from The Flexible Farmer in Hadley Massachusetts.  She is a licensed massage therapist who helps farmers, and others, take care of their bodies and avoid injury.  She spoke with WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill
