NYS Workers Security Fund Heads for the Red

Albany, NY – A New York State fund responsible for paying out workers comp checks to injured workers whose insurance companies have folded, is headed for bankruptcy by the end of the month. A legislative hearing next week will focus on possible remedies. More from WAMC's Allison Dunne.
