Buchanan, NY – The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has passed out its annual color-coded ratings for the nation's more than one-hundred commercial nuclear power plants. One of the two plants at Indian Point received the highest rating possible. Now the Buchanan, New York-based plants will receive less NRC oversight as a result.
