New York's Emissions Rules Thrown Out

Arkville, NY – A New York State Supreme Court Justice has thrown out new rules to curb acid rain emissions emitted by plants within New York. Environmentalists are disappointed with yet another delay. But they are also relieved that the ruling did not nullify the state's authority to implement such regulations. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
