New SUNY Grant Aims to Prevent Binge Drinking

Plattsburgh, NY – The State University of New York has received a 100-thousand dollar grant to launch a campaign against binge drinking throughout the college system. The Century Council, a non-profit education agency funded by distillers, is providing the funds to SUNY. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley filed this report.
