New Dutchess County Legislator Lays Out Plans

Rhinebeck, NY – Joel Tyner was sworn in yesterday as Dutchess County legislator for District Eleven, serving the Towns of Clinton and Rhinebeck. He was considered the underdog back in November. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne interviewed Tyner about his agenda for his two-year term.
