Mass MoCA Artist Indicted

Buffalo, NY – An artist who works with biological materials who was investigated by the government on allegations of terrorism has been indicted. But Steven Kurtz has been indited for mail fraud, not bioterrorism. The case became a high-profile one that has galvanized artists around the country.
