March Highlights Poverty in Berkshires

Pittsfield, MA – A statewide march to raise awareness about poverty arrives in Berkshire County this evening. In two Berkshire cities, the per capita income falls significantly below the state average. Thousands of residents throughout the county live below the federal poverty level.
