Mahmood Supporters Try Final Strategy

Hudson, NY – The attorney for Ansar Mahmood says he is helping the Pakastani immigrant prepare a public statement. The statement will be released to the media as early as later today, and is a response to immigration officials' decision to deport Mahmood. Meanwhile, a group of supporters is trying to rally legislative support in a last-ditch effort to keep Mahmood in the States. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne has the latest.
