Judge Dismisses Acid Rain Reg Challenge

Albany, NY – A New York State judge has dismissed a challenge to the state's air pollution regulations aimed at reducing acid rain. Labor unions and industry groups had sought to have them invalidated just days after the state had mandated their implementation under emergency rules last August.
