But for 31 year old actress and photographer Kris Carr, it was the only way to approach her diagnosis with a rare stage 4 vascular cancer in 2004. Just weeks after her diagnosis, Woodstock resident Kris Carr picked up a video camera, put together a small crew, and traveled the country in search of alternative treatments.
