Indian Point Emergency Planning Guide Arrives Late

Buchanan, NY – It's about four months late, but those who live within ten miles of Indian Point are slated to receive within the next few weeks the nuclear power plant's annual emergency planning booklet. Those familiar with the delay say there was much haggling over the content. Meanwhile, opposition groups say they should have been involved in shaping the information.
