HV Woman Takes Iraq Travel Fine to Court

Goshen, NY – A Hudson Valley woman is contesting a fine imposed by the U.S. Treasury Department regarding her travel to Iraq. Her attorney is challenging the constitutionality of the regulations that led to the fine, and says the rules shouldn't apply to her situation.
