HV Communities Look Abroad for Partnerships

Tivoli, NY – Some communities along the Hudson River are hooking up with communities throughout Italy for trade, education, and economic development initiatives. Those forging ahead with the partnerships say it's a regional grassroots effort with a global vision, and today they announced the details of the partnership.
